Constitutional Lawyer Suggests NDAA Allows US Citizens To Be Tried In A UN Court!

This is a 30 minute crash course detailing how your Constitutional Rights have been trampled when the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, or NDAA for short, was passed. Thank you to Adam Adask for blogging this earlier. Don’t forget, Attorney General Eric Holder, Sen. Harry Reid, Sen. Lindsey Graham, and Sen. John McCain have agreed that this bill DOES give the POTUS the “legal basis” necessary to kill US Citizens abroad.

I hope you like the United Nations…because they are calling all the shots!

First Obama asserts that he needed the UN Security Council’s permission to bomb Libya, not Congress because of a new UN policy called “Responsibility to Protect, or Responsibility to Act“.  Aaron Klien with WND states in his article :

the Libya bombings were regarded as a test of Responsibility to Protect [doctrine] which is a set of principles, now backed by the United Nations, based on the idea that sovereignty is not a privilege but a responsibility that can be revoked if a country is accused of “war crimes,” “genocide,” “crimes against humanity” or “ethnic cleansing.”

Last week Leon Panetta testified before the Senate (see video below) that the “legal basis” needed for military action against Syria wold be permission from the UN or NATO not Congress.

Well guess who was involved in another UN program “to regulate U.S. oceans and cede them to United Nations-based international law“…you guessed it Leon Panetta!

Mr. Klein with WND writes:

Until his appointment as CIA director in 2009, Panetta co-chaired the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative, which is the partner of Citizens for Global Solutions.  Among its main recommendations is that the U.S. should put its oceans up for regulation to the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea.”

Mr Klein states, “Panetta’s oceans initiative was a key partner of an organization that promotes world government, Citizens for Global Solutions.  Also, the group’s parent organization, the World Federalist Movement, promotes democratized global institutions with plenary constitutional power AND is the coordinator and member of Responsibility to Protect, the controversial United Nations military doctrine used by Obama as the main justification for U.S. and international airstrikes against Libya.”

When a state engages in atrocity it forfeits its sovereignty. … We’ve made the Responsibility to Protect — the simple but novel concept that states must shield their populations from atrocity — a core element of our national security strategy. ~ Joseph Biden, U.S. Vice President

Just one big happy family of globalists setting your Constitutional rights ON FIRE, while justifying the right to invade any country they see fit, and destroy their sovereignty as well!

When do we end this?

Ohh and I almost forgot…now thanks to the NAACP the UN will also decide whether or not Voter ID disenfranchises US voters or not.

Guess that’s why even the toys at Wal-Mart are getting our children ready to fight in The Corps: WORLD Action Force!

On the box it reads:

“In a time of confusion, a fearful world requires men of honor and courage to step forward: heroes whose mettle has been tested and whose skills have been honed. From around the world they step forward. The best of the best. And take up the mantle of The Corps! An ever-ready team devoted to protecting every person, every country; our world”

Is your young son or daughter ready when the UN draft goes into effect?

While you were watching the Super Bowl…the UN and Obama are discussing a World Tax!

Susan Roylance with Deseret News, a news organization owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, has written a very good article covering the details of a forum by the UN’s Commission on Social Development that began in February. What is the focus of the forum… “universal access to basic social services“, which is language taken directly from Section 27 b of Agenda 21.

Milos Koterec, President of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations stated,

“No one should live below a certain income level…everyone should be able to access at least basic health services, primary education, housing, water, sanitation and other essential services.”

Where will the funding for this social justice come from? The UN suggests it may come from a new world tax.

Right on que, literally days later, White House economic adviser Gene Sperling announced his support for changes in the tax structure. “[W]e need a global minimum tax so that people have the assurance that nobody is escaping doing their fair share…”

If you are interested here is another great source I have recently discovered that can educate you on the continued push for a global tax, as well as, moving the US away from Constitutional Government to “Shared Governance”.

Let’s not forget…when the bombs dropped on Libya, did Obama seek Congressional approval or the UN?

Cybercommand chief opposes U.N. net control – Washington Times

Cybercommand chief opposes U.N. net control – Washington Times.

The commander of the U.S. Cyber Command said Thursday that he does not favor giving the United Nations the power to regulate the Internet.

“Some regulations are needed to protect critical networks that control electrical power, banking, transportation and other key elements of society…”, Army Gen. Keith Alexander, who is also director of the National Security Agency, said after a speech to a security conference.

But asked whether the U.N. should have a regulation role, Gen. Alexander said:

“No. I’m not for regulating, per se. I’m concerned about it, and this is a tough question. I would say, generally speaking, I’m not into that portion of regulating as you would espouse.”

However, Gen. Alexander did go on to say later,

“I do think that there may be some things for critical infrastructure and government networks that we’re going to have to direct out to the government,” Gen. Alexander said.

“These are things that you must do to secure your networks for government survivability.”

Why does “Living Wage” language surprise ANYONE in Asheville?

You are dues paying members of ICLEI, an accredited NGO for the UN’s Commission on Sustainable Development. ICLEI worked with the Center for American Progress, AFL/CIO,  Apollo Alliance and many others to create the STAR Community Index which calls for

Ensure that every worker earns a living wage—one that allows workers and their
families to afford a decent standard of living, including housing, transportation,
and other basic needs without depending on public subsidies.”

Click here to read them for yourself.

In addition to the above mentioned groups Maggie Ullman, Manager of the City of Asheville’s Sustainability Office is also listed in the credits for the STAR Guidelines.

Connectiong the Dots on Sustainable Development with Soverignty International

In my talk to the Shelby 912 Group some of you may remember the map of the US with all of the red areas? The red areas being places humans would not be allowed to live? That map was created by Geologist Dr. Michael Coffman

Geologist Dr. Micahel Coffman

to prevent the Biodiversity treaty from passing the Senate in the mid 90′s. Dr Coffman is on the Board of Directors for Soverignty International. From my perspective, that raises the credibility of Soverignty International above reproach!

Below are links to three Soverignty International videos that are a MUST watch for anyone wanting to understand the origins and purposes of Sustainable Development.  They only last about 20 minutes each, but they are HIGHLY informative about this wicked ideology based on Environmental and Social Justice, as well as, Wealth Re-Distribution. If you want to learn the history of this agenda in our country, and its beginnings in Europe, these videos will give you a wide foundation on which to start. I have linked to them in order below:

ICLEI is using the University of North Carolina to promote themselves in Raleigh in May!

Cyrus Bhedwar-ICLEI Southeast Dir.-Atlanta

During my talk to the Shelby 912 Group I mentioned how the University of North Carolina  host’s an internet listserv called GreenGov which allows for an extraordinary level of coordination and communication for bureaucrats within the NC governmental system concerning sustainable development projects. The particular example I cited in my talk demonstrated how NCDENR was using the listserv to promote an EPA program.

The example below clearly shows how ICLEI has now also been given access to the UNC ListServ to promote the fact they have been chosen by the Department of Energy to help NC communities go solar.

Solar America Communities Workshop at SOLAR 2011

Register now for the Solar America Communities workshop at SOLAR 2011! The
free workshop, “Getting Started with Solar in Your Community,” will take
place from 8am-4pm on Tuesday, May 17th in Raleigh, NC.

The workshop will focus on important concepts related to residential and
commercial solar installations and how to create a local-level solar program
and install solar on municipal and other community facilities.  In the
afternoon, you will network with industry representatives to explore the
development of solar projects.

The workshop has four central objectives:

*  Develop a common vocabulary and understanding of solar technologies

*  Examine the benefits of and barriers to solar installations in local
communities

*  Learn what steps a community can take to go solar

*  Find out where to go for more information on a range of topics, including
technologies, installation, and financing

To register for the free workshop, contact Anna Read at solar@icma.org.

Solar America Communities is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) program

designed to increase the use and integration of solar energy in communities
across the United States. The International City/County Management
Association and ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability USA were selected
by DOE to assist local governments throughout the U.S. implement best
practices and accelerate the adoption of solar energy.

Global Governance will never happen here…right??

Freddie and Fannie (the Feds) currently own 96% of US residential mortgages, and the Feds own 30% of the land in the US.

I once again want to thank the Shelby 912 Tea Party for allowing me to present my research on how the Sustainable Development agenda has crept its way into Cleveland County. Below are a couple of clips from Glenn’s show from Aug of 2010. (Archives provided by The Daily Beck website, click here to visit) In these clips Glenn shows some very disturbing video clips from Hillary Clinton, Obama, Al Gore, the UN, Soros, Andy Stern, and others speaking about the need for a “New Global Governance”.  Approx 6 minutes into the first clip is where it gets really pertinent to the discussion we had last night.

More importantly than the Beck clips, please go down further in this post and read the introduction to the article by Soverignty International.  A huge shout out to Cheryl Pass, one of my fellow researchers and activists on local sustainability efforts from the Gastonia area for sending me this!

I have provided a link to the entire article after the introduction. Once you go to the article, down at the very bottom there is a link to Soverignty International’s website. It is packed with resources that I believe our Commissioners need to see. The article is a little long, and some may struggle to get through it, but I am here to tell you, Soverignty International has the “Consensus Process” nailed.

For those of my local readers in Cleveland County, throughout the article simply replace the terms NGO and Stakeholder Council with any of the following: Lake Norman RPO, Centralina Council of Governments, Sustainable Environment for Quality of Life (SEQL), or the Sustainable Communities Task Force created by Section 13.5 of SB 897.

The ”Concensus Process” is what created Cleveland County’s current Land Use, and Comprehensive Transportation Plans.

Please consider joining me and other Tea Party Members at both the County School Board meetings, as well as the Commissioner meetings, and let’s begin devising a Transportation Plan that makes sence for Cleveland County.

The Consensus Process:

Developing an appropriate response

(from eco-logic, May/June, 1997)

In communities across America, “stakeholder” councils are being formed, or have already been formed, to advance Agenda 21 to transform cities and towns into “sustainable communities.” The “consensus process” is used to gain the appearance of public support for the principles of sustainability, applied to a particular community. The process is designed to take the public policy- making function away from elected officials and place it in the hands of professional bureaucrats, while giving the appearance of broad public input into the decision-making process.

Stakeholder councils are called by many names and are created for a variety of specific purposes. Whatever they are called, and whatever the stated purpose for which they are created, they all have several common characteristics, and all have a common objective: the implementation of some component of Agenda 21. To develop an effective local response, it is necessary to understand the objectives, the process, the techniques, and the players. While each community may experience a variety of different approaches, it is necessary to recognize the common principles that guide all such councils. (Click here to read full article.)

Did you know your county can join the United Nations USA club?

From their website:

“The chapter provides information and materials about the United Nations to social studies teachers in public and private schools and provides a speakers bureau, making speakers about the UN available to civic clubs, senior groups and school classes. The chapter also provides financial support to Model UN clubs in local colleges and universities and high schools, permitting them to attend Model UN out-of-city or out-of- state competitions.

Origins

UNA-USA traces its roots back to 1943. Former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt founded it that year, with the establishment of the American Association for the United Nations (AAUN), a citizen-based organization she herself led. AAUN merged with the U.S. Committee for the United Nations in 1964, creating the modern UNA-USA.

In the 1940s in Raleigh, N.C., there was an ongoing series of seminars called “The Institute of Religion” organized largely by the United Church of Raleigh (now Community United Church of Christ). In 1945 the United Church pastor Allyn P. Robinson arranged for Eleanor Roosevelt to speak at the Institute. Following Eleanor Roosevelt’s lead, Beatrice (Bea) Anderson met with a few people in 1946 and organized a Raleigh group to support the United Nations. This group affiliated with the American Association for the United Nations, which in 1964 changed its name to United Nations Association of the U.S.A. Bea Anderson was the prime mover of the chapter until her death in 1981. Since its beginning, the chapter has always had a large celebration dinner during United Nations week with outstanding speakers.

The 1990s saw a large expansion in both the programs and membership of the Wake County Chapter of UNA. In addition to the annual dinners, meetings were held several times a year. By 2000 these meetings became monthly, mostly at lunch but some in the afternoon and evening. From the 1980s membership rose from 30 to its present count of 150.”

That’s fantastic! I wonder how many classes they have on the US Constitution and Natural Law?
