The comment, “To be clear, this regulation will not be pursued for the duration of the Obama administration,” was NOT made by the White House spokesperson. It was made by the Department of Labor. Get real! If Obama is re-elected this coming November, you can rest assured this regulation will, indeed, be pursued once again. But it will be nothing compared to the other horrific policies and changes Obama will put in place starting the next day (November 3rd).
Actually, you can expect just about the same thing on November 3rd even if Obama is defeated.
