Breaking News: Tonight Gaston County Commissioner’s unanimously passed resolution condemning Agenda 21!

This is am email I received from Cheryl Pass with the Gaston Tea Party. This is very good news. Hope we can get our Cleveland County Commissioners to do the same.

Hi all… Here is what I just put up on facebook…
Report from Gaston County Commissioners meeting tonight: Not sure what I was expecting…maybe balloons and champagne flutes for all, choirs and bands, the heavens full of shooting stars. Well, you all know me, I like visual impact and lots of celebrations for good events. Even so, our great commissioners passed, unanimously, the anti-Agenda 21 resolution for Gaston County as part of their consent agenda this evening. There were no dramatics. No arguments against it. The deed is done. The Gaston County Resolution against Agenda 21 is heading to the NC State House for recording.
The Chairman of the Commission told me afterwards that he has heard from several other county commissions in the state who are interested in looking into doing this same thing for their counties. So all in all, a very good, albeit quiet, passing of one very important statement. I want to remind my friends on this issue that this is just one step. The hard work of weeding Sustainable Development and Smart Growth, AKA Agenda 21 out of our lives is just beginning. Don’t give up! Cheers to all of you!

If you purchase MRE’s, weatherproof ammo, or pay with cash, DOJ says you may be a terrorist!

In this video Sen. Paul makes some strong statements about National Defense Authorization Act of 2012. He also refers to  Department of Justice documents. Sen. Paul’s comments about the content of the DOJ documents are not 100% accurate, however they are VERY disturbing nonetheless! They can be viewed below at Oath Keepers website.

Senator McCain admits NDAA 2012 CAN be used to detain Americans indefinetly!

Senator Graham says if you are a terrorist you get no lawyer.

Make up your own mind I do not think this needs much commentary, except to say you could substitute “Tea Party” for “Al Qaeda” very easily depending on who is asking.

As if this isn’t bad enough Chuck Baldwin at Renew America reports:

“Congress is considering HR 3166 and S. 1698 also known as the Enemy Expatriation Act, sponsored by Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Charles Dent (R-PA). This bill would give the US government the power to strip Americans of their citizenship without being convicted of being ‘hostile’ against the United States. In other words, you can be stripped of your nationality for ‘engaging in, or purposefully and materially supporting, hostilities against the United States.’ Legally, the term ‘hostilities’ means any conflict subject to the laws of war but considering the fact that the War on Terror is a little ambiguous and encompassing, any action could be labeled as supporting terrorism.”

Govern Edmond Locally (GEL) is a shining example of what can be done!

So how have we gone from Republican Party officials feigning ignorance about Agenda 21 to a unanimous resolution condemning it… because one liberty group would not rest until they did. I believe Govern Edmond Locally, or GEL for short, can be a shining example of what liberty groups everywhere can do if they will stick together, and take action.

A very active member of GEL, and author, Vehoae sent me this in an email:

In November 2011, Robert Semands  spoke before the Woodward County [Oklahoma] Republican Women organization, of which Carolyn McLarty is a member.  Carolyn McLarty is also a National Republican Party Committeewoman from Woodward County (in northwest Oklahoma, near the panhandle).  Robert had been asked to adress the subject of Agenda-21/Sustainable development during the November 2011 meeting.  Afterward, McLarty assembled many Republican Committeepersons from other states to co-sponsor the resolution, which eventually passed at the Winter meeting of the Republican National Committee.”

Maybe it is just me…but it would appear not all state level GOP committee’s are as “closed and partisan” as what I have experienced in Cleveland county, and North Carolina.

Thank you Robert, Vehoae, GEL, and all of the RNC members who sponsored, co-sponsored, and passed this resolution!

World Bank says the global financial crisis will likley be worse and longer than the crisis of 2008!

An escalation of the crisis would spare no-one. Developed- and developing-country growth rates could fall by as much or more than in 2008/09

said Andrew Burns, Manager of Global Macroeconomics and lead author of the Global Economic Prospects, 2012 World Bank report.

Mr Burns goes on to state,

the willingness of markets to finance the deficits and maturing debt of high-income countries cannot be assured. Should more countries find themselves denied such financing, a much wider financial crisis that could engulf private banks and other financial institutions on both sides of the Atlantic cannot be ruled out. The world could be thrown into a recession as large or even larger than that of 2008/09.”

Andrew Burns Mgr. of the Global Macroeconomic Trends Team of the Development Prospects Group at the World Bank

Allow me to translate:

Germany will likley refuse to give Greece another economic bailout, and if they do not the dominoes will fall ALL OVER THE WORLD! I agree with Mr. Burns when he states:

“The importance of contingency planning cannot be stressed enough.”

Executive Dir. of the Kansas Rep. Party has VERIFIED the resolution against Agenda 21!

Just got off the phone with Clay Barker whom is the Executive Director of the Kansas Republican Party.

He confimed some time last week that at a Winter meeting in New Orleans, the RNC did indeed pass the Resolution Exposing United Nations Agenda 21. He spoke to Ms. Helen Van Etten, the chief sponsor of the resolution
after the meeting and she indicated it passed.  I put in a request that the RNC please post it on their website, but not sure if that will happen or not. If there are any furthur developments I will post.

Republican National Committee has finally condemned Sustainable Development

Thank you to Cheryl Pass from the Gaston Tea Party for
passing this along. Be curious to know how Mayor McCrory
and the county GOP committee’s in NC will react to
this resolution?

Dear Mayor and Council members,

Whether you are a Republican or an independent or a Democrat or a former Democrat…..I want you to know the Republican National Committee has adopted a resolution to their national platform to reject all Agenda 21 / Sustainable Development / Smart Growth funding from the federal government and to encourage the States and local governments to do the same. A copy of it can be found here: http://www.mcncgop.org/rnc-resolution.html And here: http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/the-way-we-seeitour-blog.html

Our Comprehensive 2025 Plan is entirely based on Agenda 21 doctrine. That plan should never have been adopted for the city of Gastonia. This is an opportunity to rescind that plan and/ or revise to eliminate all wording in that plan that refers to Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, walkable cities, livable cities, social justice or social equity, transportation and parking restrictions (reducing transportation options for cars and trucks), multimodal transportation, energy restrictions, land use rules on all of the above, et al.

Whether or not a Republican makes it to the White House next year, you can see that the word is finally out there about the damaging consequences of this doctrine. Take the lead…..read below!

Sincerely,
Cheryl Pass

Carolyn L. McLarty, DVM
Republican National Committeewoman for Oklahoma

Who is paying for Sustainable Development/Agenda 21 in North Carolina… YOU ARE!

Below is a quote from a United Nations document entitled “The Future We Want”, with a link to the UN website below so that you can read it for yourself.

“99. We call upon universities to become models of best practice and transformation by setting an example of sustainability of facilities on their campuses and teaching sustainable development as a module across all disciplines. In this way sustainable practices will become embedded in learning and action.”

http://www.uncsd2012.org/rio20/index.php?page=view&type=12&nr=324&menu=23

This document was produced for the United Nations Conference for Sustainable Development.

If you have any doubts about how seriously the North Carolina government is about following the UN’s agenda, I would like to share an excerpt from an email update I received today from the University of North Carolina maintained “listserv” entitled GreenGov:

The School of Government’s Environmental Finance Center (EFC) will conduct a one-day course on “Financing and Implementing Energy Initiatives in Government and the Community” in Lake Junaluska (west of Asheville) on February 28, 2012.

The one day course focuses on the finance and policy challenges that arise when local governments consider implementing energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements in government facilities and in the community at large.

Intended Audience: Sustainability Managers, Finance Directors, City and County Managers, Municipal and Cooperative Power Providers, Council/Commission/Board Members, and technical assistance providers.”

If you wonder how the Sustainable Development/Agenda 21 agenda continues to go forward…pat yourself on the back. Because YOUR STATE TAXES, and the tuition you pay to send your children to college, fund the UNC system. Below is a link to the UNC School of Government’s Environmental Finance Center.

Has anybody heard the song by Casting Crowns called, “While You Were Sleeping”?  Relevant in many ways!

The UN, i.e. ICLEI, thanks the Feds for their support of their STAR Community program

ICLEI, an accredited  Non-Governmental Organization of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development, recently sent out a “progress update”. Obviously the Feds are pushing and promoting Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. However, if you check the link below there is another NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) you need to familiarize yourself with The National League of Cities. One of the many things they promote, through funding provided by Soros, are local community gun bans!
