NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER – AGENDA 21OBAMA’S RURAL COUNCIL

On June 9, 2011, an Executive Order established the White House Rural Council with 25 executive branch departments including Defense, Justice, Homeland Security, National Drug Control, Environmental Quality, Labor, Commerce, Interior, EPA, Housing,Health, Education to name just a few.   

The order covers 16% of the American population who lives in rural counties because they “supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation.” It ensures Rural America will participate in Agenda 21 goals of Globalization.  The ICLEI non-governmental UN organization gets a partner to reach into Rural America.    

 

SUMMARY OF THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER:

  1. Federal Control of Rural American Resources (Food, Health, Energy, Education/Schools, Property, Water and Lives). 2. Increased Federal Regulation through Executive Order (Legislation from the Oval Office)

 3. More Regulation of Food production

 4. More Regulation of Land use

 5. Agenda 21 implementation accelerates in Rural America

 6. Implementation of Cap and Trade

 7. No definitions of what “Rural America” is.  Matter of fact, no definitions at all.

 8. More Lawmaking through Regulation (State and Local levels)

 9. More State/County Control over your city/town due to grant money distribution

10. Less Local participation due to Regionalization

11. More Federal Jobs funded at Tax Payer Expense

12. Rights Issues: Your Voice.  You cannot “Un-elect” appointed committee members.  You cannot contact your elected representative on an issue because this is legislation through committee regulation.

Cedar Falls, Iowa City Council defies citizens; says YES to the United Nations and NO to the 4th Amendment!

Until yesterday I had not heard of the International Code Council and I bet most of my readers have not either. Thanks to the Cedar Falls Iowa City Council, untold thousands will hear of it now!

The Cedar Falls City Council is, by the authority of the International Code Council, forcing

“mandatory lock boxes [outside of] all commercial property including apartment buildings and Triplexes. Inside the box you have to provide keys to all entrances to the property including keys to individual apartments.“ 

This is a serious infringement of the 4th Amendment! Here is an excellent article by Henry Lamb that provides a larger scope of how a global building code is a small but vital part of achieving Agenda 21 across the globe, which will be used to control human behavior. In simplified terms, Agenda 21 is a master blueprint, or guidelines, for constructing “sustainable” communities. Agenda 21 was put forth by the UN’s Commission on Sustainable Development, and was adopted by over 200 countries (signed into “soft law” by George Bush Sr.) at the United Nations Rio Conference in 1992. In 1994 the President’s Council for Sustainable Development was created via Executive Order by Bill Clinton to begin coordinating efforts at the Federal level to make the US Agenda 21 compliant. 

The International Code Council was created in 1994 shortly after the formation of the President’s Council on Sustainable Development. And the ICC website states:

“Fifty states and the District of Columbia have adopted the I-Codes at the state or jurisdictional level. “

Since the goal of most politicians from both parties is seemingly global governance, it would make sense to have a uniform building code that would be global in scope. That is exactly the function of the International Code Council. Here is a link to Wikipedia concerning the ICC which they list as an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization). Even the supposedly conservative NC Speaker of the House, Thom Tillis, seems to be bowing to the Sustainable Development powers in North Carolina which are most likely soon to be run by “Mr. Sustainable Development” Pat McCrory if he wins the Governor’s Mansion in 2012. Concerning NGO’s Wikipedia states:

“A consultative status for an NGO is the right to participate in resolutions and deliberations within the Economic and Social Council in the United Nations.”

Wikipedia also lists the following areas in which the ICC has developed Global building Codes which will shortly replace State and US building codes much like is happening in Cedar Falls this Monday.

Agenda 21 is being implemented in plain sight, one small piece at a time and Silence=Consent!

Jim Tucker with American Free Press has also provided a list of the attendees for the 2011 meeting happening right now in Switzerland, and some of the attendees might surprise you. I thought this was supposed to be a bankers meeting… if so why is Google, Facebook, PayPal, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Microsoft in attendance? Hmmm?
