  1. “outside Delaware’s targeted growth zones” — sounds like they’re taking a page from Russia’s planned move of its own population of 141 million into twenty targeted growth zones (called agglomerations). Was just thinking about all the real estate agents who will go out of business if this President and Senate are given much more time in power (not to mention all other citizens in this Republic who will be traumatized one way or another). Thanks for the tip on what’s going on in socialist-Delaware, Neal.
