HUD,DOT, EPA, ICLEI join forces for Agenda 21/sustainability

Three days after Bev Perdue legislated Agenda 21 into law in (section 13.5 in SB 897) NC,

HUD, DOT, EPA, and ICLEI announced the Sustainable Communities Partnerships Grants.
