EPA Considering Ban on Traditional Ammunition — Take Action Now
This ruling could be “trigger” moment many have been predicting. A moment not unlike the assassination of the Archduke Ferdinand which started the first World War. There is absolutely no way for Congress or the courts to stop this ruling. We could not even hope to change it until 2012. How much damage could this do by 2012? This is why Senator Burr must go! He is a believer, supporter, and funder of the global warming scheme which the Progressives will use to take away our ability to defend ourselves effectively, without ever having to alter the Constitution at all. PLEASE call Sen. Burr’s office today and ask him if he still plans on defending his stance on global warming now?
By opening the link below you can take several action steps:
1) Submit a comment on the EPA’s open docket for public access (Document ID EPA-HQ-OPPT-2010-0681-0001).
2) There are also links to assist you in sending feedback to your elected representatives
3) And Lisa Jackson’s (Obama appointed Director of the EPA) direct address, phone number, and email.

Only Our State Legislatures Can Save Us Now!
Great article from the 10th Amendment Center. In a representative republic, which is the form of government our founders created, the way to affect social policy is for state citizen’s to hold their state elected officials accountable, and if they mis-represent their constituents enough to vote them out and replace them with those that will. I believe the Nullify Now movement is the most Constitutional remedy we now possess to turn the tide of this un-checked federal leviathan. With National Healthcare passing, the EPA declaring Carbon Dioxide a pollutant, and now the federal government suing a state because it is under assault from illegal immigration, Congress has proven itself irrelevant. It is now time to begin enforcing the 10th amendment.

Bloomberg: Asian central banks (holding 60 percent of the world’s foreign-exchange reserves) are turning away from the dollar
China Favors Euro Over Dollar as Bernanke Alters Path By Candice Zachariahs and Ron Harui – Aug 16, 2010
China, whose $2.45 trillion in foreign-exchange reserves are the world’s largest, is turning bullish on Europe and Japan at the expense of the U.S. The nation has been buying “quite a lot” of European bonds, said Yu Yongding, a former adviser to the People’s Bank of China who was part of a foreign-policy advisory committee that visited France, Spain and Germany from June 20 to July 2. Japan’s Ministry of Finance said Aug. 9 that China bought 1.73 trillion yen ($20.1 billion) more Japanese debt than it sold in the first half of 2010, the fastest pace of purchases in at least five years.
“Diversification should be a basic principle,”
U.S. Concerns
Concern the U.S. economy is faltering was underscored by the Federal Reserve on Aug. 10. Chairman Ben S. Bernanke said the central bank will reinvest principal payments on its mortgage holdings into Treasury notes to prevent money from being drained out of the financial system, its first expansion of measures to spur growth in more than a year.
“The pace of economic recovery is likely to be more modest in the near term than had been anticipated,” the Federal Open Market Committee said in a statement after meeting in Washington. “The Committee will keep constant the Federal Reserve’s holdings of securities at their current level.” Asian central banks holding some 60 percent of the world’s foreign-exchange reserves are turning away from the dollar. Concerned about weakening U.S. growth and the Treasury’s record borrowing, they are switching toward euro assets to safeguard reserves, driving gains in the 16-nation currency. South Korea, Malaysia and India reduced their holdings of Treasuries, U.S. government data show.

‘There is going to be FHA-insurance Armageddon’ Bloomberg article says
When I read that North Carolina is receiving $159 of $600 million to “help home-owners” avoid foreclosures
I knew it was something I needed to post. In my research I came across this little jewel of an article back in November 2008:
FHA-backed loans: the next subprime crisis?
Within 12 to 18 months, ‘There is going to be FHA-insurance Armageddon’
Bloomberg
By Chad Terhune and Robert Berner
updated 11/23/2008 1:21:51 PM ET
“Gary E. Lacefield, a former federal mortgage investigator who now runs Risk Mitigation Group, a consultancy in Arlington, Tex., predicts: “Within the next 12 to 18 months, there is going to be FHA-insurance Armageddon.”
18 months puts us in May of 2010, and by August of 2010, North Carolina and 9 other states get another $600 million mortgage bailout! Gaspee Gazette contacted Dr. Lacefield to ask if additional bailouts like these will prevent the Armageddon or simply postpone them. In an email Dr Lacefield replied:
“I stand by that statement and it appears to be to conservative based upon the foreclosure rates and the state of the FHA reserves.”
What are the foreclosure rates currently? www.realtytrac.com reports:
“In a very alarming sign for the U.S. economy, foreclosures have continued to dramatically increase in 2010. But there has been a shift. Back in 2007 and 2008, experts tell us that most foreclosures were due to toxic mortgages. Now, unemployment has replaced bad loans as the number one cause of foreclosures in the city with the highest foreclosure rate in the country, Las Vegas. The truth is that this is a national crisis.”
“According to a new report from RealtyTrac, foreclosure filings climbed in 75% of the nation’s metro areas during the first half of 2010. At a time when the Obama administration believes that we are “turning the corner”, things just seem to get even worse. Banks repossessed 269,962 U.S. homes during the second quarter of 2010, which was a new all-time record. As of March, U.S. banks had an inventory of approximately 1.1 million foreclosed homes, which was a new record and which was up 20 percent from a year ago.”
“So is there any hope that things are going to get better soon? According to RealtyTrac’s CEO James Saccacio, that depends on the U.S. economy….
“The fragile stability achieved in many local housing markets hinges on improvements in the underlying economy, specifically job growth.”
Potentate Obama… WHERE ARE THE JOBS?
What is the FHA, or Federal Housing Authority? It is the agency created by FDR designed to be the tool to deliver part of the 2nd Bill of Rights he was not successful in convincing American’s they needed. The FHA is an agency designed to ensure that the “Constitutional right” of home ownership is fulfilled…even for those who cannot afford it.
“When the Great Depression hit in 1929, millions of Americans began to lose their homes to foreclosure. Short term mortgages (3-5 years) and balloon payments were common. The banking crisis during the 1930s forced banks to call in loans, and there were no refinancing options for the average homeowner. As a result the federal banking system was restructured and in 1934 The National Housing Act was passed. This legislation created the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) with the intent to regulate interest rates and mortgage terms on the loans that it insured. The agency purchased mortgages and insured them, allowing banks to turn around and make another loan without putting out substantial capital of its own.”
With the Fed itself acting as collateral for loans banks may not have made on their own it was game on, everybody with a pulse, gets a home. Can you imagine a business model like that would ever go broke?
In a June 10th article Reuters described FHA as “cash-strapped”, and:
“The FHA has capital reserves equal to just 0.53 percent of the value of the thousands of outstanding U.S. home mortgages it insures, well below the 2.0 percent required by law, according to an independent actuarial study released late last year”, and that “FHA’s share of the mortgage market has ballooned from a few percent in the boom years to more than 30 percent of home-purchase loans today”
The Bloomberg article goes on to say:
“Inside Mortgage Finance, a research and newsletter firm in Bethesda, Md., estimates that over the next five years fresh loans backed by the FHA that go sour will cost taxpayers $100 billion or more. That’s on top of the $700 billion financial-system rescue Congress has already approved.”
What does the progressive, ultra-liberal (Soros funded) Center for American Progress think about FHA?
“The role the FHA is playing in the market right now is helping to…prevent a much worse, more toxic economic decline,” said Sarah Rosen Wartell, an executive vice president at the Center for American Progress, a liberal think tank.”

I think it is just simply attempting to re-fill the housing balloon to unsustainable levels. Bottom line, home ownership is not a right. You do not NEED to OWN a home in order to enjoy the rights bestowed by our creator: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Arguements, fights break out in Atlanta, Georgia public housing waiting line

prepared to hand out 10,000 federal government housing subsidy applications, instead 30,000 people showed up! And they called it a success because more people showed up than they planned! I am holding my brains in right now with a tourniquet! They are about to come flying out of other holes in my head, because I cannot cover them all at once. Jill Becker the first news correspondent has the nerve to say:
“1000′s of people are in line for a chance at affordable housing“.
Where in the hell is MY affordable housing? Why do I leave the house every day before the sun is up and do a job I do not particularly like? You would think the guy stranded on top of the car was handing out $100 dollar bills. God help us! How do we correct this perversion of a federal government not content to have 50% of the population already accepting financial help from the government in housing, healthcare, or food stamps? If there were 75% would they be happy? 90%? GOD ALMIGHTY HELP US, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!
Please if you are not already involved in your local DNC or GOP, do so. Grab 20 of your neighbors and storm their next meeting and demand that they start nominating fiscally conservative candidates. Find a local 912 Group or Tea Party and attend their meetings. Start swamping your city council, county commissioner, budget meetings with as many people as code will allow and let them know you will be relentless in hounding them about the ways in which they spend your money!
And pastors, I hate to tell you, but Jesus commanded the Church to provide housing and food for orphans and widows who could not provide for themselves. Stop building Mega-Church monuments to your egos, and start helping and educating your communities before unsustainable scenes like this drive us right off the cliff into hyper-inflation!

Incredible exchange between black conservatives with the Tea Party Express and the libs in the media!

‘Amnesty’ memo reflects ‘dictatorial’ attitude
“The alarm continues to be a raised over a private internal memo from the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service that indicates President Obama has an amnesty plan in the works for many illegal immigrants.
The memo was drafted by four officials at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service to the director of the department, Alejandro N. Mayorkas. Jan LaRue, senior legal analyst with the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU), believes the memo serves as evidence the Obama Administration intends to go around Congress in its attempt to acquire amnesty for illegal immigrants.
“They’ll be granting visas and work permits and green cards to people who have illegally entered this country,” she maintains. “They’ll do it by a thousand here and a few million there, but they are clearly evidencing an attempt to do it.”

In 2008 the estimate for illegal immigrants in the US was 11 million. Think that is enough to sway an election? Yeah I bet it is.
